I have bought a 2013 and a 2019 Honda Pilot from Stephen Linton. I was very pleased with his knowledge and sales style. Not only was he straightforward in sharing his experience and opinion, he listened to my ideas and concerns as well. The service department is also one of the best around! I live over an hour and 30 minutes away, but I will make the drive to have something fixed on my Honda. They get things done when other Honda dealerships don't have a clue how to begin.

Joshua Bell is a salesman and business representative that I will definitely refer my friends to! I don’t say that lightly because neither my husband nor I actually enjoy going to car dealerships. Josh Bell knows how to make the car buying experience very easy. We bought our second Honda from him a week ago after our first one was totaled in a wreck(not our fault). This is not your typical car buying experience. We purchased a new CR-V with Josh Bell, and it was a really easy and fun experience. I did the test driving one morning and the next day my husband dropped off the trade and had to hurry back to work. Josh sent us a few text messages with options, we completed an application online. Josh was so accommodating that we agreed to the deal via text message (because that’s what suited our schedules). We stopped back by the dealership after work and Brian V. had the loan documents completely ready to go, without any surprises! Josh spent some time with me teaching me about the car and WE LOVE IT. What a delight!!! I typically am not a fan of the "car buying" process. However, I can honestly say that this was the easiest and best experience I have had! I purchased a Honda Pilot this week and although it is incredible on its own, the sales and financial staff are who made my experience so enjoyable. Chip and Josh were fantastic! Parker Honda took excellent care of my retired parents earlier today. They had a flat tire on their car (not a Honda, YET!!!), and the service department repaired the flat in no time at all, free of charge, with a smile! Highly recommend
“On Monday, June 10th, an object on the highway punctured my oil pan. I was able to drive the car home and called the service department. Sandra Taylor advised me to get the car to them as soon as I could. On my way to the dealership, the car stopped and I was able to steer it into a church parking lot. I had to go to the church offer to use their phone to call Sandra. After advising her of the situation, she offered to call the wrecker service and to also call my husband so he could pick me up. I believe Sandra went above and beyond her job requirements to help me that day and I believe she should be recognized for her assistance. It was certainly appreciated.”
We came in earlier in the week to shop around. Chip showed us several models without feeling pressured to buy. We came back later in the week to go over details on a few select models and Chip and Hugh helped us finalize a deal. It was a no hassle experience - no phone calls throughout the week on if we were buying etc, and we got a great price for our new pilot, but also a great price on our trade. Bought our 2019 Odyssey here after spending hours literally arguing with the local Lejeune Honda. It was late, like 30 minutes before closing and the team at Parker stayed after hours and got everything straight for us. Super easy, awesome experience with the dealer, would definitely buy another vehicle from Parker if I had the chance. Also the staff is very well versed and knowledgeable about the different specs of each vehicle and Ken Hawk was especially helpful for us and very personable and professional. A+++
